Job Description:

You are a highly motivated self-starter who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. You thrive in a role with high visibility among senior management and have proven experience using your effective communication skills to present to senior executives. You are a known subject matter expert for in-depth analysis of areas like cash flow, scenario analysis and process improvements. You are comfortable working with non-finance groups/individuals to help drive better analysis and modeling, lend financial expertise, and help communicate financial aspects of projects.

Your Next Challenge:

Cash flow forecasting and analysis

Profitability enhancement studies

Process improvement (both operational and financial)

Business performance monitoring

Special projects – examples might include working with our executive committee and private equity investor on matters tied to corporate strategy, long-range planning, “business unit” profitability, etc.

What You'll Need:

Experience with framing issues, analyzing data and workflow, and communicating findings in an effective manner

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with limited guidance

Proven relationship building skills

Knowledge and experience with valuation work (business projects, etc.), NPV analysis, profitability analysis, cash flow modeling

Strong ability to manage and analyze data and build robust, scalable models

3 years consulting experience (preferably in either management consulting or internal consulting for a large organization)

MBA degree preferred

Power user of Excel

SQL knowledge, including experience working on data intensive projects

Oracle financials and Cognos experience is a plus
