Job Description
GENOA HEALTHCARE is a nationwide, leading provider of pharmaceuticals, services and information to persons diagnosed with mental illness and other chronic health disorders. We are a rapidly growing and successful organization with a strong reputation in servicing the mental health community via a network of clinic pharmacies housed within mental health agencies throughout the United States. We seek a Pharmacy Technician to support all functions of the Genoa Healthcare mental health pharmacy, primarily through dispensing medical prescriptions, and performing necessary clerical duties while under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
Responsibilities of an Executive Assistant to the CEO:
* Handles details of a confidential nature and performs administrative functions based on understanding of company policy, executive’s views and philosophy
* Acts as a role model for staff in establishing appropriate positive morale and attitude toward work
* Reads and routes incoming mail for the CEO as requested
* Composes correspondence requiring knowledge of executive’s views, philosophy and some understanding of technical matters, along with routine correspondence
* Establishes appointment priorities, reschedules or refuses appointments or invitations when necessary
* Summarizes the content of incoming materials and meetings to assist executive and draws attention to important parts or conflicts
* Will be called upon to communicate the CEO’s intent to other managers.
* Anticipates ways in which executive’s time may be saved
* Answers and screens executive’s telephone calls and arranges conference calls
* Schedules appointments for CEO and gives information to callers
* Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations, and maintains up-to date reference lists and other required information
* Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agenda, reserves/prepares facilities Maintains close contact with property management and resolves issues pertaining to building security and maintenance.
* Manages CEOs corporate wireless service account; issue resolution, evaluating service needs/upgrades.
* Attends meetings and participates in conference calls in CEOs absence
* Coordinates all aspects of expense reporting for self and CEO
* Acts as point of reference to CEO for employees, vendors, and business associates
* Conducts research and compiles reports and spreadsheets
* Willingness to participate in conference calls and attend meetings in CEOs absence.
* Perform various other secretarial and administrative duties as assigned by CEO.
* Periodic national travel required.

* Previous experience supporting senior level executives is required
* Strong to Expert Microsoft Outlook/Calendar Management, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
