Answer a multiple line telephone system, greet customers, sort and distribute incoming mail and assist various departments with their administrative responsibilities. Candidate must be able to handle no less then 10 incoming lines, have intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, type at least 40 words per minute. Must have at least 2 years recent experience in a receptionist position. THIS IS ONLY TEMPORARY WORK!
