Job Description:
Customer Support Representative
Cozi seeks a work-from-home, part-time customer service representative to assist users with our family-oriented Web site. You will provide email-based customer support to users through an easy-to-learn Internet-based support tool. Some hands-on training will be provided at our downtown Seattle-based offices. While the position is a work-from-home position, you will come to Cozi's offices from time to time (but not more than monthly) to participate in company-wide meetings. This position will initially require 5 hours/week, with the potential for additional hours in the future, and is available immediately. Compensation is $15/hr.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer support role; or 2+ years experience working at a software company
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Comfort with software products
- Willingness and ability to solve customer problem
- Your own modern computer and monitor with a broadband Internet connection
- Local candidates are highly preferred
