Job Duties:
*Support the implementation of IT Availability Improvement Processes for Enterprise engineering and manufacturing systems used by new programs.
*Integrate those processes with Computing, Application Support and business process support.
*Insure the specialized processes are documented and included in Operational Level Agreements signed by the appropriate supporting managers.
*Define and maintain the processes descriptions in the IT Quality Management System, insuring necessary compliance with ITIL and ISO9000.
*Prepare the QMS participants for an ISO9000 registration audit.
*The availability improvement processes include system architecture analysis, Disaster Recovery Planning, Help Desks; and release, change, and configuration management.

Job Skills:
*We are looking for aggressive self starters that are willing to learn IT support processes and support the implementation of those processes across a very diverse set of support organizations.
*Bachelors degree in engineering or science preferred, experience defining or deploying IT processes preferred, experience developing Disaser Plans for IT or implementing ISO 9000 certification helpful.
*IT systems architecture analysis experience a plus.
