About the Position: Leads a $300-500M construction program anticipated to continue through 2015. HHD is an operating flood-control facility on the Green River and also serves as a potable water supply reservoir for 300,000 people in the City of Tacoma. The projects will construct a concrete cut-off wall to stabilize the earth-fill abutment; add a fish passage facility adjacent to an
operational structure. The MMD projects on the White River will replace an outdated/damaged structure located adjacent to an operational fish transfer station and the Indian fish hatchery. Both projects are highly visible and have significant public interest, including political, regulatory, and municipal entities, requiring a great deal of flexibility.
