Summary
You will discuss insurance inquiries with clients and match them with an in-house State Licensed Agent. You will perform outbound verification calls; no cold calling. This customer service sales oriented position requires great customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a heavy phone volume. Responsibilities and Duties
- Call clients who have expressed interest in purchasing life insurance. - Verify the customer's pertinent information. - Assess the customer's specific insurance needs then transfer them to a in-house State Licensed Agent. - To have a chance to have fun at work while making good money!
