The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma/GED and must have at least 2-3 years of previous property adjusting, estimating, or home construction experience.  Previous customer service experience is required.  Candidates are also required to have use of some type of computer estimating system; Xactimate and MSB are preferred.  Candidates should possess the ability to manage relationships in a fast paced environment, while demonstrating persistence and problem solving skills.  The ability to work under pressure and strong customer service skills will allow you to succeed in this role.  This candidate may be required to work some evenings or weekends.   Computer proficiency required with Word, Excel, Outlook.
