Who You Are:

You are motivated, independent, detail-oriented and confident legal professional.  You like working with a dedicated in-house legal team and are able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a very organized fashion.  You thrive in an agile environment and enjoy the challenge of bringing solutions to the table.  You will work independently with parties inside and outside the company in exercising your responsibilities with a particular focus on intellectual property, claims management and resolution.  You must show consistent good judgment, and high quality organizational, communication and drafting skills. You will report to a senior paralegal and attorney within the Legal Department.  This role is a 4 month contract.

Your Next Challege:

    * Exercise independent responsibility for working with the various Creative, Finance and Operations departments globally.
    * Communicate (written and oral) with internal and external parties, including clients and outside legal counsel, as necessary to perform duties.
    * Independently prepare and manage legal documentation (contracts, legal correspondence, settlements, etc.) and materials related to duties.
    * Conduct some independent legal research.
    * Establish and maintain relationships with in-house clients and with outside service vendors.
    * Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

    * Undergraduate degree or combination of paralegal certificate, experience and/or degree
    * A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a corporate, intellectual property, or litigation paralegal or equivalent
    * Excellent organizational skills
    * Excellent oral and written communication skills
    * Strong interpersonal skills
    * Perform the essential and secondary job functions independently or with minimal supervision
    * Experience with intellectual property is important
