Job Description:

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the leadership, direction, and management of all programs and activities within Quality Assurance department. This position reports to the CEO and continually improves the efficiencies and cost effectiveness of production in collaboration with Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing and Finance.

Education

·         Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Experience

·         Five (5) years of experience in quality assurance and control environment, including three (3) years in leadership or senior management position with supervisory responsibilities.

·         Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs and procedures required.

·         Working knowledge of budgets and financial statements.

·         Superior customer relations and networking skills.

·         AS 9100 experience

Assembler/Fabricator
