ASSOCIATE ADVERTISING ACCOUNT MANAGER


POSITION SUMMARY


The Associate Online Advertising Account Manager is a supporting role for all post sales online advertising coordination. This includes assisting the Advertising Account Managers (AAMs) and Senior Advertising Account Managers (Senior AAMs) with various duties and efforts within the advertising campaign process. Duties and efforts will include, but are not limited to,

processing contracts, organizing creative assets, coordinating and distributing campaign performance reports, general campaign management assistance, and standard campaign management as determined by the business unit.



 


QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION


• Well organized


• Detail-oriented


• Excellent writing and verbal skills


• Proficient with Microsoft Office


• Self motivated


• Experience in advertising/sales and familiarity with database applications a plus


• Bachelor's degree or actively pursuing college degree


 


SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED


• Effective project management skills with proven ability to work with various groups to reach a common goal


• Ability to work under tight deadlines and with a sense of urgency


• Strong respect for a team environment


• Ability to cultivate sales and client relationship
