Partner Marketing Manager EAN
The Partner Marketing Manager's primary responsibility is to partner with the Expedia Affiliate Network account management & business development teams to develop and execute marketing plans for EAN partners.
Job Responsibilities:
? Create online and offline merchandising strategy’s for strategic EAN partners.
? Manage the implementation & rollout of merchandising activities – working with production and development teams to get campaigns pushed out using existing tools.
? Compile and interpret merchandising, product, and campaign performance to optimize future efforts in collaboration w/the Account Managers. Broadly communicate learning to merchandising & category management to optimize inventory procurement, offers, creative and new business opportunities.
? Work with Account Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
? Partner with Call Center Operations team to assure cross-channel synergy of offer and execution across points of sale.
? Effectively merchandise all products online to ensure most up to date pricing and the most compelling products. Analyze partner customer base to customize merchandised products based on the unique partner customer behaviors.
? Select appropriate merchandise for all lines of business and secure creative and pricing for unique offline and online marketing (direct mail, email, etc.)
? Coordinate with the creative and production teams to create and implement merchandising pages, email, promotions/banners and maintain the overall accuracy of the site.
? Attend partner meetings to represent merchandising opportunities as required.
? Some travel required
Job Requirements:
*B.A. degree
*3+ years experience in a marketing or merchandising
*Proven experience in merchandising and consumer direct marketing
*Proven experience in dealing with multiple partner distribution channels
*Excellent verbal and written communication
*Results-oriented, strong analytical skills, attention to detail , able to see the bigger picture
*Good judgment; ability to prioritize and make critical decisions independently
*Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
*Proficiency in Excel and Word and ability to learn new tools, technology & website
*Experience with web analytics and, spreadsheets, and databases
*Background in online e-commerce merchandising preferred. Knowledge of the travel industry a plus
