Job Overview
The Area Manager is responsible for the overall direction and development of property management and operations to ensure a safe, secure and hospitable environment for Motel 6 guests and employees while achieving profit goals and delivering consistent quality and value.
Requirements
A minimum of 5+ years hospitality or related service industry experience managing 15-18 multiple service oriented outlets, P&L management, and developing both top and bottom lines.
A proven record of positive guest relations /customer service while ensuring adherence to corporate standards. Must possess strong Human Resources skills, including management development and employee relations of a diverse work force. Able to perform basic computer skills with knowledge in Windows, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
