Industrial Technologies is looking for someone to lead and manage the activity of a stand-alone company-owned distributorship (Customer Center) in order to maximize profits and market share in a geographical business area, while administering company policy and developing Customer Center personnel.


Successful candidate will be responsible for:



Sales Management: establish local goals; analyze competition; develop strong dealer network; establish account segmentation for optimum sales coverage; develop personnel.
Administrative Management: manage company assets and inventory; monitor accounts receivable and control branch expenses; resolve customer disputes; assure adherence to all company and legal policies and procedures (accounting, personnel, safety, environmental, systems).
Human Resources Management: responsible for performance levels of all employees within the location including hiring, performance management; establish environment conducive to effective teamwork and customer satisfaction; provide appropriate training and counseling to personnel - become the champion of business ethics, coach employees in all aspects of performance.
Service Management: Drive service business, achieve highest possible level of service recovery and operating income from service and parts sales; promote customer satisfaction; acquire, train and develop service talent; assure all personnel practice safe work practices and that Customer Center meets all environmental requirements.
General Management: communicate effectively with Regional Customer Center Manager and group level staff; interface effectively with product locations; maintain positive profile in community to enhance company image and market perception.
Must be fully engaged in cross-selling opportunities across the enterprise.



Percentage of Travel: 10%
Min. Yrs. Experience: 10 years of sales and management experience in an industrial / technical sales environment
Education Standard: BA / BA
Education Type: Engineering, Business, or related Technical Degree
