CLIENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST JOB DESCRIPTION


The Client Development Specialist role is a field based role responsible for driving growth (new business and upsell) and revenue for the Client Development solution lines consisting of Internet Marketing Tools, Lead Generation Tools, Website Development and Client Referral Services. This will be done within assigned and prospect accounts across the assigned region. Clients consist of small law firms with 1-50 attorneys. This position will partner by collaborating and planning with a team of Territory Managers and CD Telephonic Specialists to drive Client Development revenue within the Total Practice Solutions (TPS) model.  This position will be responsible for providing application knowledge, product knowledge, and industry knowledge of Client Development Solutions to region team members.  Primary responsibility will be driving new CD business and securing/growing high-end CD renewals. 


 


QUALIFICATIONS:


·          BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience required.


·          5 years successful outside Business to Business sales experience with selling internet marketing tools.


·          5 years new Business Development/Hunting/Prospecting/Cold Calling


·          Full understanding of SEO and SEM


·          Understanding of the value proposition of using Total Practice Solutions. (The value of selling multiple services creating a customized service offering to fits the needs of the client).


·          Must have good comprehension of technical tools and resources


·          Ability to work in a team environment.


·          Ability to work from a home-office.


·          SEMPO or other internet certifications a plus
