Enforce the policies and procedures of the Bureau of Prisons and Pioneer Human Services. Ensure the safety and security of all staff and residents. Monitor and report the daily activities and ensure accountability of all program residents. Actively contribute to the success of residents participating in the program by assisting and supporting residents to learn and demonstrate pro-social skills. Perform all shift tasks as assigned. Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the facility. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and in emergencies.
Education & Experience Required
High school diploma or equivalent. College level coursework or degree within the Criminal Justice or Human Services field may be substituted with one year prior experience in an applicable corrections position. One year experience dealing with offenders preferred. High degree of interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a teamwork environment.
