Primary Responsibilities
• Provide global business direction and leadership
• Lead quarterly review of business financials and implement corrective actions
• Participate in developing/reviewing CS strategic plans (OPS)
• Participate in quarterly reviews of all GCS funded projects (modality, IT, and R&D)
• Participate in annual project selection and funding process – GCS carousel process
Your Responsibilities:
In this role, the candidate helps us achieve our goal of RSN availability and uptime. The candidate possesses the skills necessary to remotely deploy, document, diagnose and repair supporting production application and OS issues with the Remote Services Network. A significant portion is spent working with development teams for escalation and resolution of problems. Detecting and mitigating potential performance issues and problems before users are impacted is key.
Experience desired for this position include:
• Citrix administration including server health, response time, server load balancing
• Virtual machine technology
• Server health reporting and monitoring
• Microsoft Active Directory design and components
• Familiar with HP blade technology or HP ProLiant servers
• Server clustering and HA strategies
• Scripting proficiency
• Change Management systems and processes
• Isolating problems to application, server, network or firewall
• Strong understanding and awareness of secure computing principles
• Remote system deployment using Altiris or HP Rapid Deployment Pack a plus.
Your Profile:
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with Windows administration. Experience in troubleshooting, customer service, and training guidance is desired. A bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering/Computer Science/IT field is preferred. The candidate has excellent communications skills verbally and written.

• 2 years scripting languages
• Server+ certification a plus

Active participation in a 24x7 on call rotation and occasional work outside of normal business hours required.
