We have a unique and exciting career opportunity for an IT Operations Analyst. Reporting to the Group Network Manager, you will be responsible for the satisfaction of all IT user community.
 
Responsibilities:
 
·         Provide quality checking for all IT Operational services with satisfied customers as the goal.
·         Work with the IT leadership team and user community to establish and maintain customer support policies.
·         Maintain existing group policies and processes.
·         Lead “best practice” implementation.
·         Develop and manage crisis management and outage processes.
·         Conduct monthly KPI reporting that focuses on customer satisfaction.
 
Minimum Requirements:
 
·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
·         4+ years IT Department operations experience.
·         Demonstrated experience conducting root cause analysis.
·         Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functional groups.
·         Demonstrated troubleshooting expertise.
·         Ability to manage and prioritize multiple high impact projects.
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·         Experience with Sharepoint.
