Responsibilities:
Primary point of contact for all Wintel based product groups for application management
Manage a group of application engineers and put together an on-call rotation for after hours support
Create/maintain standard processes for all activities
Focus on change management for all application changes
Drive manual processes into automated solutions by working with the development teams
Create and maintain documentation for all SaaS delivered products and provide feedback to software development
Work closely with customer support and professional services organizations to provide a high level of customer satisfaction with our SaaS products
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in a relevant discipline required
6 years of combined project management experience desired.
Experience programming or managing software development in complex, transaction-intensive web-based systems highly desired.
Prior experience in technical writing, quality assurance, or business analysis desirable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills required including ability to make effective presentations, create project documentation artifacts, and interact effectively in negotiations and team settings serving multiple levels of constituents.
Although this is a technical lead role, a demonstrated customer centric focus is required as well as the ability to represent the SaaS operations team to customers and/or potential customers in small and larger forums
Must possess highly developed analytical skills (required) to solve complex technical problems to plan and direct the work of a diversified staff
Ability to support a 24x7x365 operation with the ability to work "on call" outside of normal business hours
